Murrang worked with an organic farm over two seasons in 2019 and 2020 to understand their soil limitations. The land managers were concerned about the increased compaction of their soils, and required solutions that were sustainable, met organic requirements, and were cost effective.

 

Murrang initially conducted a brief assessment of soils, and followed this up in the second year with a desktop review and further testing. We determined the site had soils limited by sodicity, and provided a range of options for the managers and their agronomist to consider.
